We handle the information you share through this website with care. Below you'll find, in plain language, what we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
Amisos Facility Group is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. This notice explains what we process, why, and what your rights are.

Have a question about privacy or your data? Email info@amisosgroup.nl. We don't have a separate data protection officer; your question reaches us directly.
2. What information we process
We only collect information you give us yourself through the contact or request form:
- first and last name
- company name
- email address
- phone number
- the service or subject of your request
- city (optional)
- preferred date (optional)
- your message
- an attachment, if you choose to add one (optional)
When you visit the website, some technical data is processed automatically to display and protect it, such as your IP address, browser type and information about the page requested. This runs through our hosting provider. We don't use this data to track you as a visitor or build a profile of you.
3. What we use your information for
We use the form data to:
- respond to your question or request
- understand which service you need
- contact you about your request
- prepare and discuss a quote or an appointment
- agree on a suitable date where relevant
- communicate with you about the request
We don't use this data for newsletters or marketing. There is no newsletter and no marketing database.
4. The basis on which we process your data
When you send us a request, we process your data because it's necessary to handle your request and to take any follow-up steps towards an assignment. Where relevant, we also rely on our legitimate interest in following up and answering business enquiries properly.
The checkbox on the form confirms that you've read this notice. It is not separate consent and not the basis for handling your request.
5. Email and Google
Requests sent through the form are delivered and processed by email. For our business email we use Google services (Google Workspace / Gmail).
Depending on how this service is configured and the safeguards in place, personal data may be processed in countries outside the European Economic Area. Amisos puts the required contractual and organisational measures in place for such transfers. We don't claim that data is processed exclusively within the EU.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep the data from your request no longer than reasonably necessary to handle it and to support any working relationship that follows from it.
Once the data is no longer needed, we delete it in line with our internal clean-up practices. Some records may be subject to statutory retention periods, for example for accounting; we keep those for as long as the law requires.
Technical and security logs are kept only for as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and operating the website, within our hosting provider's retention periods.
8. Other parties
We only involve parties that are needed to run the website and our communication:
- Google (Google Workspace / Gmail) for our business email.
- Our hosting provider, which makes the website available and secures it.
We don't sell your personal data and don't share it with parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- have the processing restricted;
- object to the processing, where it's based on our legitimate interest;
- have your data ported, where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@amisosgroup.nl. We'll respond as soon as possible and within the statutory time limit.
10. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as:
- a secure (HTTPS) connection to the website;
- restricted access to the business email that receives requests;
- server-side validation of form input;
- measures against form abuse, such as a limit on the number of submissions.
11. Automated decision-making
Amisos does not use this website to make decisions about individuals based solely on automated processing or profiling.
12. Filing a complaint
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first at info@amisosgroup.nl so we can work towards a solution together.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority:
